  Abstract

팔면체 구조를 갖는 Co(Ⅲ) glycine methyl ester 착물을 합성하고 원소분석과 적외선 스펙트럼 및 핵자기공명스펙트럼을 이용하여, 이들 착물의 구조에 관하여 고찰하였다. 이들 중 [Co(gly)2(glycinemethylester)Cl]Cl2 착물은 양이온 교환수지인 Dowex 50W-X8을 이용하여 분히하였으며, 가능한 기하학적 이성질체는 C1-cis(O-O), C2-cis(O-O), trans(O-O) 형태의 구조를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. Octahedral Co(Ⅲ) complexes of the glycine methyl ester have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, and NMR spectrum. Co(Ⅲ) glycine methyl ester complex has been isolated from the reaction of glycine and glycine methyl ester in aqueous solution by cation exchange resin, Dowex 50W-X8 (hydrogen form). It has been observed that the complexes have C1-cis(O-O), C2-cis(O-O), trans(O-O) geometry.
